The development of confectionery products of Vigoni bakery led to the need for a new structure in which to transfer the whole confectionery production, in order to rationalize supply and production flows and to modernize space and equipment according to the latest standards. The building is conceived following the working principle of the "step forward", from the reception area to the exit of the finished products.
It consists of warehouses for raw materials, production area, washing, packaging and storage stock room for finished products. In the entrance volume, characterized by a rainscreen cladding in red laminate panels, are located the offices. The selling area of traditional products is marked by a double-height entrance with glass curtain wall.
