Collegio Nuovo

University housing facility, female section for graduates; 22 studios and common services; 21.000 ft².

The Collegio Nuovo is one of the 14 Italian colleges of merit recognized by the Ministry of the University. Next to the historic building dated 1978, assigned to students of merit, has been built in  two successive lots the Graduate Sections, opened respectively in 1998 and in 2004. The residences, mixed, are addressed to graduate students involved in master courses, in research activities or in higher education schools and host 50 accommodations within small independent apartments of about 30 square meters, equipped with bathroom and kitchen nook.

The buildings have exposed bricks, with stone band at each floor level and petrol blue shutters. The top floor is dedicated to teaching activities and hosts classrooms, computer labs and common spaces. This is  headquarter for the Media Science and Technology master.
